1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be provided.
- Certain categories like perishables, personal care items, intimate apparel, and custom-made goods are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Beauty and personal care products (used or opened)
- Food and edible items
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account on https://snapshop.onl.
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on “Request Return” and provide the reason for the return.
- Upload relevant photos (if the item is damaged/defective).
- Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Note: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to ship the item to our return address at your own cost (refundable only in case of damaged/incorrect items).
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, subject to the condition of the item.
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded directly to your bank account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A refund link will be sent to your registered mobile/email to enter your bank details or UPI for processing.
- Wallet/Store Credit: Credited back to your SnapShop wallet for future purchases.
Refund Amount:
- Full refund including product price and applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges in the following scenarios:
- Wrong size or color received
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process and choose “Exchange” instead of “Refund.”
- Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Note: Exchange is subject to product availability. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Broken or physically damaged
- Not functioning properly
- Not as described or shown
- Different from what you ordered

You may cancel your order:
- Before dispatch – through your account dashboard under “My Orders.” A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
- After dispatch – cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us. Refund will be initiated once the item is received and verified.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been credited:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@snapshop.onl with your order ID.
9. Important Points to Remember
- Refunds and returns are subject to successful inspection by our quality check team.
- SnapShop reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition.
- Multiple return requests for the same product or excessive return history may be flagged and lead to account restrictions.
- Always retain the original packaging until the return process is completed.
- For return shipments sent by the customer, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
